Booking Appointments & Cancellations

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete a detailed consultation form and to change and relax for your treatment. Arriving late or delaying the changing/showering intervals before, during and/or after your session, will simply limit the time of your treatment. Delays may result in time reduction of the entire scheduled treatment thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Unkept time does not qualify for a full or partial reimbursement

You can cancel your treatment any time given that there is a minimum of 48-hour notice. Bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours can be either rescheduled or else, a full cancellation fee will apply

 

Therapist Assignment

Our Spa Therapists are assigned based on their individual talents. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific therapists or genders. Therefore, requests for cancellations based on these preferences cannot be accommodated

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for any treatment or packages being offered at the Spa. These can be bought via our Spa Desk or simply through www.nataraya.com.mt. Gift Vouchers are not refundable and must be presented at the time of booking

Discretion

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask you to turn off your phone and any other electronic devices, also keeping conversations at a whisper
 

Valuables

We advise our esteemed clientele to limit bringing any valuables while using the Spa facilities. The team at Nataraya is not responsible for personal belongings left in lockers and/or lost items

Medical Conditions

If you have undergone any surgery within the past 6 months, suffer from any medical condition, allergy, recently got tattooed, undergoing pregnancy or recently gave birth, please advise us at the time of booking
