Booking Appointments & Cancellations

Booking your appointment prior to arrival at Nataraya Spa is strongly recommended. Be sure to mention any medical or special requests when making an appointment. To secure your spot at The Spa, please call us directly on (+356) 2280 1922 or if staying with us at the hotel contact us through extension 1922, alternatively you can visit The Spa Consultation Desk located at Level -3, where you will be guided through our selection of treatments


Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. Since treatment and package times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time you will be reimbursed 50% of the charge paid, but no reimbursement will be given to clients who fail to keep their appointment.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to complete a detailed spa consultation form and to change and relax for your treatment. Your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and our clients. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Late arrivals may not be able to receive their entire scheduled treatment thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment but will be charged their full cost.

Gift Vouchers

If you wish to give the gift of pampering our gift vouchers are available for any treatment or package on offer at the spa. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of booking.

Sauna

Use of the sauna facilities are entirely free for our guests, please remember to bring your swimwear.

Valuables

We advise our esteemed clientele to limit bringing any valuables while using the Spa facilities. Nataraya Day Spa are not responsible for personal belongings left in lockers and/or lost or stolen items.

Courtesy

Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by switching off your phone and any other electronic devices. For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that young children do not accompany you on your visit.

Gratuities

We are committed in providing exceptional services by our highly knowledgeable and expertly trained team. Our best reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are left to your discretion.

Medical Conditions

Guests with chronic medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before booking any spa services. Kindly inform the concierge booking your appointment of any medical conditions including allergies, pregnancy, and recent birth, surgery within the last 6 months or new tattoos. When you arrive please also include these on your completed guest consultation prior to your treatment.

Food

We kindly request you to not bring food into the spa. You are welcome to help yourself to snacks or beverages from our wellness menu. If you’re planning a group visit, our spa coordinator will be happy to arrange catering for groups.
