Booking Appointments & Cancellations
Booking your appointment prior to arrival at the Nataraya Day Spa & Wellness is strongly recommended. Be sure to mention any medical or special requests when making an appointment. To secure your spot at the Spa, please call us directly on (+356) 2280 1922, alternatively, you can visit The Spa Consultation Desk located, where you will be guided through our selection of treatments
Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. Since treatment and package times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time a full cancellation fee will be applied
Arrival
Please plan to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to complete a detailed spa consultation form and to change and relax for your treatment. Your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and our clients. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Late arrivals may not be able to receive their entire scheduled treatment thus lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment but will be charged their full cost
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for any treatment or packages being offered at the Spa. Gift Vouchers can be physical or electronically sent, and if you're in doubt about what to choose, we offer the possibility of an open voucher at any value you like. Gift Vouchers are not refundable and come with an expiry date
Discretion
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask you to turn off your phone and any other electronic devices, also keeping conversations at a whisper
Valuables
We advise our esteemed clientele to limit bringing any valuables while using the Spa facilities. The team at Nataraya is not responsible for personal belongings left in lockers and/or lost items.
Gratuities
We are committed in providing exceptional services by our highly knowledgeable and expertly trained team. Our best reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are left to your discretion
Medical Conditions
If you have undergone any surgery within the past 6 months, suffer from any medical condition, allergies, recently got tattooed, undergoing pregnancy or recently gave birth, please advise us at the time of booking
