Cancellation Policy
Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. Since treatment and package times are especially reserved for you, cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged. In the meantime, should you wish to add value to your Spa experience, you can add any of the following upgrades! • A selection of Hot Beverages - free when booking any Spa treatment • 30-minute private Hydrotherapy Bath at €20 for one person (additional persons at €10 each) • Glass of Prosecco at €4 per person • Assortment of home-made mixed Sweet Treats at €7 for one or to share • Seasonal Fruit Platter at €12 for one or to share • An assortment of savoury and sweet delicacy nibbles at €15.00 per person (Gluten Free/Vegan options available at €17.00 per person) If your booking already includes any of the above, please ignore this message.
